Mourning the Loss of our Faithful Mascot

Dakota the Mascot for the Olde Savannah Inn Dakota, our black Labrador retriever has welcomed guests to our Savannah Bed & Breakfast for the past six years. He passed a few days ago and will be greatly missed by our staff and returning friends.

Not only did he love to greet the guests, he was known to gently nudge them toward the parlor to enjoy some after dinner port wine.

We greatly appreciate the comments made by our friends on Facebook. Although our inn will be a bit lonely without Dakota, we gladly welcome small well-trained dogs to come and stay with us.
