We want you to enjoy the best Savannah has to offer. Due to the nature of our intimate Bed & Breakfast, we do take full payment upon reservation, including tax. We accept a two night minimum and a three night minimun on Holidays.
If you cancel 31 days or more prior to arrival, you will be responsible for 15% of the total amount of the reservation. if we can sell your room, we will charge only a processing fee of $35.00 14 days prior to arrival, you will lose 1 night. 7 days to arrival, you will forfeit your stay. In an emergencey, we will make all effort to re-sell the room . Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a 1 year credit from the date of issue . If the reservation was purchased in low season it will have to be honored in the low season months. If you purchased a reservation during our BOGO sale which is normally in January, we cannot accept last minute cancellations and re-book to get the sale price. We have to respect the rights to preserve our limitations to our policies. No prioe reservations ,Gift Certificates, weddings, or special events cannot be combined when we run our various monthly sales. We accept the full amount on weddings and elopements. No refunds allowed
All reservations include a 13% bedding and state tax for the state of Georgia. All rooms are double occupancy. An extra $25.00 fee will be charged for an extra person. subject to availability and we would appreciate that your reservation be made in advance. Due to the unique environment of The Olde Savannah Inn, children under the age of 12 are not recommended. No pets allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the main house, but we do accommodate smoking on the veranda and in our courtyard. If damages to the room occur guest(s) will be billed for the extent of the damages accrued.
We require a two night minimum stay during the week and weekends. All long holiday weekends, a three night stay, special events such as St. Patrick's day, Rock in roll Marathon, Tour of Homes, Music Festival, Knob Garden tour etc...During our low season months, there will be no refunds permitted on the BOGO Sale.
I'd like to leave a gratuity for the innkeeper; how should I do this?
Leaving a gratuity is not required. However, doing so lets your innkeeper know that you truly enjoyed your service, and appreciated her exceptional personal attention. It is acceptable to give the gratuity directly to your staff member, or leave it in the guestroom when you checkout.
