Where to Dine
From elegant to upscale, Savannah offers many fine restaurants to choose from. Allow us to make a few recommendations:
Crystal Beer Parlor
Savannah's second oldest restaurant opened in 1933 during the Great Depression and has been a gathering spot for locals and visitors ever since. We're a little off the beaten path, and we think folks like it that way. Best known for the all-beef burgers, hand-cut fries and crab stew, these classics are still on the menu, along with other old favorites. Nothing fancy on the menu here, but everything is fresh and prepared to order. We've added a number of salads, sandwiches and vegetarian selections. There's something on the menu for everyone, from grilled cheese sandwiches to rack of lamb! We are committed to providing you with a great meal, value for your dollar, efficient, friendly service and a good stiff drink!
700 Drayton Restaurant
Victorian elegance of the past combined with the Bohemian art of today, 700 Drayton is a unique setting of distinct worldly charm with the warmth and comfort of Historic Savannah. The signature restaurant features eight separate dining rooms, two breathtaking bars featuring Casmir's Lounge and panoramic views of Forsyth Park rom Casmir's Terrace. Combines with the genius of an International culinary team and service unsurpassed, 700 Drayton's menus are gourmand delights of traditional American cuisine.
Elizabeth's on 37th
Southern hospitality, fine coastal cuisine, and well-chosen wines in a comfortable, elegant 1900 mansion have made Elizabeth on 37th a favorite destination in Savannah for 24 years. Inspired by Chef Elizabeth Terry, Elizabeth on 37th continues to serve a sumptuous combination of traditional and innovative dishes, directed by Chef Kelly Yambor. The wine program and service staff are led by owners Greg and Gary Butch. Elizabeth on 37th is located in the Victorian District. The mansion, built for a cotton broker, is decorated with historic Savannah colors and patterns, fresh flowers, original paintings and ceramics, and is entered through fragrant herb gardens.
